After nearly 200 evangelical leaders were up-in-arms concerning a Christianity Today post condemning Trump, the editor will be retiring in a few days.
In the next installment of Trump dividing the country through his eccentric means of going about things, in an article you can read here, a Christianity Today editor by the name of Mark Galli made some astounding remarks from a rather conservative platform.
He referenced the founder of the news company Billy Graham in stating his reasoning about why he felt the need to comment, stating that it was his duty to help Christians navigate the news world in a way that will help them grow in their faith and that was Billy’s intention as well.
This was his tweet about the retirement:
He’s retiring in wake of everything that happened with the article.
